This policy covers the information LightXtreme VPN gathers as you browse the site, run the clients and hold a subscription, the reason each item exists, and the control you keep over it. We collect only what the service needs, never trade it away, and publish every revision on this website.
1. What we collect
Account and plan details
Registering or paying for a plan means we store your email address, order and payment records, the device count and the plan expiry date, all used to identify your account, activate the service and handle support.
Client connection records
The client writes short-lived connection logs, including node identifier, connection time and error codes, so links stay steady and faults can be traced. They hold no browsing content, password or history, and are never used to profile your browsing.
Website visit data
Visits to the site bring us browser, device model, language, referrer and time of visit, used for traffic counts and page quality; a third-party statistics script may use a cookie that you can clear or block at any time.
2. How it is used
Collected information is used to activate and maintain your subscription, run encrypted connections and protect their quality, handle refunds and support, prevent abuse and fraud, and improve the product and the site.
We do not sell personal information and do not use it for advertising profiles or marketing lists, except where the law requires it, you authorise it, or a payment you started needs it.
3. Third parties
Payments are processed by Alipay, WeChat Pay, UnionPay, credit cards, PayPal, Google Play and Stripe under their own privacy rules; the client connects to servers we operate, your traffic travels an encrypted tunnel, and node operators never read the sites you visit.
Data security in transit
Data in transit uses Shadowsocks, Vless and WireGuard encryption with algorithms such as AES-256-GCM, and account actions between the website and client travel over HTTPS.
4. Retention and your control
Account and plan records are kept during the service and for a limited period afterwards for support and compliance, connection logs are dropped quickly after troubleshooting, and you may write to the service email to export, correct or delete your personal information, which is deleted or anonymised within a reasonable period after the account closes.
Minors
The service is for adults. If you are below the legal age of majority where you live, read this policy with a guardian and use the service only with their consent.
